Refund/Return policy
Effective as of August 31st, 2023
We will send you a refund/replacement product if:
- For whatever reason your kit failed to fruit.
- Your kit was damaged upon arrival
We can not send you a refund/replacement product if:
- Your kit has fruited already
- The shipping method you choose takes longer than 7 days
- You contact us more than 5 weeks after purchase.
- The grow kit is shipped to wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer.
- We've already send you a refund/replacement product.
It is the responsibility of the customer:
- To make sure you receive the grow kit in person in the first delivery attempt.
- To follow the instructions to maintain the grow Kit.
- To provide optimal growing condition for the grow kit.
We strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, in rare cases, our kits might not perform as expected. If this happend to you, please fill out our Contamination / No Grow Form, or email us at support@shroombox.co. We will review your case and send you a refund or replacement kit.
